I help people navigate life's challenges.
I have experience working with clients who feel anxious, depressed, angry or stuck. Sometimes people arrive at my office having just experienced significant loss and are grieving that loss, while others are sad and unsatisfied with life without a specific precipitating event. Many people I work with recognize that something isn’t working in their life and they’re ready to make a change, but not sure how.
I can help you process difficult emotions and find greater self-awareness.
Utilizing evidence-based treatment methods, mindfulness and the principals of neuroscience, I provide a safe and empathic space for reflection, support, insight and new perspectives.
Free 30 minute phone consultation for all prospective clients. I am currently seeing all clients virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Call or Text (310) 600-8607 to share what you’re going through and determine if I’m the right fit for you.
